Polyplanks legal structure consists of the parent company Polyplank AB (publ) and its wholly-owned subsidiary OFK Plast AB. The operational structure is divided in three functions: production, sales and OFK Plast.

The CEO manages the Group's work and make decisions in consultation with other board members consisting of the Chief Financial Officer and Marketing Coordinator.

Polyplank has a total of 21 employees, including 15 in the parent company and six at the subsidiary. The distribution of men to women is 19/2.
