• Leif Jilkén – Born in 1947. Chairman of the Board since 2009, member since 1994. One of the founders of Polyplank. Ph.D. in solid mechanics. Previously employed at Linnaeus University. Investor in a numerous development companies, co-owner of Stångåkonsult Kalmar HB.

  Shares in Polyplank: 1.409.811 through Stångåkonsult Kalmar HB and 41.506 owned by Leif Jilkén personally.

• Mattias Lindahl – Born in 1971. Board member since 2008. Associate Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Linköping University with a focus on environmentally driven product development. Internationally recognized researcher in the field of Ecodesign and Product Service Systems (PSS). Extensive experience in research collaboration with a fous on small and medium enterprises.

• Bengt Nilsson – Born 1951. Board member since 1999. Former CFO in the Ljungdahl Group, the former CEO of Tvärskogs Trä AB (Rörvik Timber) and Unionskapital AB. CEO of Fröseke AB.
